My best wishes for the coming holiday – Defender of the Fatherland Day which is celebrated on February 23. As it is observed not only in Russia but in the Ukraine, Belarus and some other former Soviet republics, I would like to congratulate all those who are serving or were serving the Russian Armed Forces.
